  • Unless otherwise instructed, applicants are requested to provide 25 copies of their applications or other filings to the National Energy Board when not filed electronically.
  • Private individuals who would find the provision of multiple copies an undue financial burden may file one copy, with a request to be excused from multiple filing.
  • Templates are available below for certain types of documents.

The following templates are provided for those who are unable to submit documents electronically.

Instructions:

  1. Download a printable version of a form in Word format, complete the form using Word, then print and mail or fax it to the Board, or
  2. Print a form in PDF or Word format, complete it offline, and mail or fax it to the Board.
